McGregor promociona un ‘escocés’ con ADN irlandés

Conor McGregor está desarrollando su faceta como empresario. El rey de las artes mariales mixtas (AMM), está apostando por un producto en el cual le tiene toda la fe para que pueda conquistar mercados y paladares. El irlandés aprovechó la potencialidad de las redes sociales para ser la imagen de su whisky, un licor que nació con una estela de problemas legales.

McGregor es la imagen publicitaria de su producto y en una postal en la red social Instagram se mostró degustando un vaso de su señalado whisky.  "Hoy el Proyecto Notorious finalmente cobra vida con la presentación de mi nuevo whisky irlandés: Proper 12".

Proud day! Today “Project Notorious” finally comes to life with the introduction of my new Irish Whiskey; Proper 12. I have spent a lifetime studying this craft under the tutelage of my late Grandfather on my mother’s side, Christopher “Jakes” Moore, and I have put just over 3 years into the making of this liquid alone. It is made with the Isle’s freshest spring water and finest golden grain and single malt – it is pure liquid gold! This is Ireland’s whiskey, and it is my gift to the world. Another proud announcement for me in this venture is that with each case we sell, my company will donate to the first responders in each district the case is sold in. This donation plan will be in operation all over the world. These are the men and women who run into buildings while everyone else is running out. Así presentaba el gladiador su marca de licor que estuvo en barricas por un periodo de tres años. El pugilista ha aprovechado su retorno a las AMM para darle un empuje a su producto.

Según el propio irlandés este licor es un ‘regalo al mundo’ y sus primeras ganancias servirán para profundizar sus proyectos de responsabilidad social para las familias menos pudientes de Irlanda y el resto de Europa.

Por ahora su whisky solo se estará comercializando en Irlanda y los Estados Unidos, pero el propio McGregor tiene la intención que dentro de unos meses se puede degustar en todos los rincones del planeta. @mundiario
