The four years of Mr. Trump's Economic Policy in the White House
Mr. Trump ran for the 2016 elections as a champion of those disenchanted with the system, appealing against emigration, against globalization and against corruption in Washington.
In the 2016 election, Trump promised to create new jobs and increase economic growth by lowering taxes, boosting public spending and increasing the deficit. "By their deeds you will know them" is a phrase that has its origin in the Gospel. Let's look at the facts of the president of the United States, Mr. Trump in his years of government:
> The outgoing president has boasted from the first moment of taking the economy to a very high position. The truth is that he has inherited a buoyant economy left by the previous president: in the last term of President Obama, total production (GDP) grew at 2.3% in the last four years, unemployment left it at 4.7% and the public debt was 105%, lower than Trump's. The rest of Trump's macro data until the pandemic was somewhat higher (slightly more than 3% in GDP and less than 4% unemployed), the deficit increased to 3.9% due to lower taxes and the Wall Street indices reached maximum results of technology companies.

He ordered to leave the World Health Organization, the nuclear agreement with Iran, ignoring the World Trade Organization, causing problems with NATO or the Middle East by changing the embassy to Jerusalem.

> Trump has tried by all means to eliminate Obamacare, the program of the previous president so that the less affluent Americans could enjoy medical insurance and medicines. The advances made by Obama in health have not yet been eliminated despite Trump's efforts: a deception of workers and the less well-off classes.
